 Policy on admitting pets:

If it is your first time boarding a pet at Key-lore, a pre-boarding interview will be conducted when you call. We will want to know several things: you, (most of our clients become our friends), your address, phone (work & home) your pet's name, breed, age, shot record and your veterinarian . Has your pet boarded before? Good or Bad experience? We'll ask if your pet may have some special habits.

If you have never boarded your pet with us, we will require a deposit (credit card guarantee)* Deposit for All Holidays, Summer vacation period June-Labor Day $50.00 non holiday periods $25.00

(THERE WILL NO REFUNDS IF YOU CANCEL FOR ANY REASON)

on a boarding reservation, this is similar to most quality hotels and motels. We do not keep a waiting list for peak season reservations, this is why we require a guarantee.

ALL DHLPP & CANINE COUGH VACCINATIONS MUST HAVE BEEN GIVEN IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS--NO EXCEPTIONS--ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A FLEA PREVENTATIVE PROGRAM
